We offer FREE shipping worldwide.

CURRENCY

All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We do not currently offer returns for items, but we would be happy to exchange an item for you if our products are faulty or damaged when received.

To be eligible for an exchange, please email us at heytherecherishedtoday@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving items. Please note that you would be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please write to us at heytherecherishedtoday@gmail.com immediately. If your order has been dispatched already, unfortunately we would not be able to cancel or change your order for you.

LOST PACKAGE

In the event that your package is lost in transit, please email us at heytherecherishedtoday@gmail.com immediately and we will try our best to solve the issue as quickly as we can. However, please do note that we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items once the delivery service has declared the package as 'Delivered'.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please email us at heytherecherishedtoday@gmail.com as soon as you can to inform us of the correct shipping address, however if the package has already been dispatched, we will not be able to recall the items for you. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

TAXES

Please note that you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

PAYMENTS

All payments are made in Hong Kong Dollars.

If your credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars, the final price will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

GIFT WRAPPING

We currently do not offer a gift wrapping service. However, jewellery items come in a customised box with a message card, as well as a matching gift bag.
